Museum of the Coastal Bend
Check out this unique museum showcasing the rich and diverse heritage of the mid-coastal region of Texas. The Museum of the Coastal Bend features cool exhibits that cover the past 13,000 years of Texas history.
Built in 1932, The Nave Museum was originally built to serve as a memorial to Royston Nave and later housed the Bronte Public Library. The majestic Greek revival style building was designed by San Antonio architect Atlee Ayers.
Held annually in downtown Victoria, Bootfest is a free festival that features some of the biggest names in Texas Country and Tejano music. Attractions include the car, truck and motorcycle show and the fireworks finale.
University of Houston Victoria
The University of Houston Victoria services as a resource for the Victoria, Sugarland and Katy area to enroll in face-to-face collegiate courses. UHV also offers online courses for Freshman, Graduate and International Studies.
